Wasabi-Lime Lace Sandwich Cookies
I recently made these cookies again and they were so good, I wanted to remind you about them and challenge you to give them a try. They sound pretty weird but they are, really, some of the best cookies I have ever made. And they are not at all hard to make.

They were so much easier to make than I thought! They are best the next day, if you can wait that long. The adults really enjoyed them, but they were chewy enough that it was difficult for Hunter to eat them. I love the way they look.
