Bracelet from Ghana

Victoria gave her Tad Bag to her niece who took it when she went back to Ghana for a visit. She brought me this light brown bracelet as a thank you. A nice addition to my collection, don’t you think?

New Flower Bags

Written by Tad. Posted in Trauma Strap Bags

Hilary made a bag for me, black with a yellow flower. I have stollen her flower idea and have put flours on several bags. Here are the latest two which turned out pretty nice.

It takes me about as long to make the flower as it does to make the rest of the bag and I don’t really enjoy flower making as much as bag making either but I like them.

They cause me problem, though. Several people who already have a Tad Bag and were content with theirs now want new bags after seeing the flowers. No good deed goes unpunished, they say.

Donation to RAFT

Today, I donated 395 trauma straps to Resource Area for Teachers (RAFT.) Even with all the straps I put out for the medics to reuse, they still stack up so much I have to do something else with them. RAFT gives me a great way to help others while keeping the straps out of the landfill.

Our neighbors, Tom and Tori have a granddaughter named Claire. Here she is on Halloween in her chicken costume and her Tad Bag for collecting all of her treats.

Here is the bag I made for Tom and Tori. How do you think the bag will look on their bike?

Virginia Is Now Happy

Virginia brought her lunch to work in a Tad Bag. When she went to the break room for lunch, she found someone had dumped her lunch out and stole her bag! When I heard about this, I made her a new bag.

Black and Blue

Becca, one of my blog’s closest followers, asked for a black and blue bag. I was not sure how it would turn out but take a look:

Not Bad!
