Get a Bag Competition
To celebrate the First Anniversary my blog, I have decided to have a competition.
Write to me or post to the blog a fun idea of something that someone might make out of trauma straps. Any idea will be accepted, practical or fantastic.
On April 1st, 2013, a winner will be selected and will receive a Tad Bag.
I am really excited to see what you come up with! Hopefully you will be excited to get your bag!

Tie-dye the straps and make a baby carrier, the front pack kind that straps around the back. Oh yeah, it could happen. And a diaper bag to match.

This may be a bit tricky on your part, but I would like to see a baby (infant/toddler) carrier made out of the straps. The strap buckles could be useful and the part that holds the baby could be similar to a bag. However, it’s important to keep it so the weight of the baby will be balanced and adaptable to let the newborn face inward and the older baby face outward.
I have a Moby wrap, but it’s awkward putting on with the yards of fabric and the Bjorns are way over priced. Hopefully, you can make it by this September. 😀

Or one of those spider-web things they have on jungle gyms to climb on. Add some insulation and you could make a lunch box. Oh! A hammock! That would be awesome. Cushions for outdoor patio furniture. Seat covers for your car. Baskets with handles for Easter. A picnic blanket. A harness and leash for your dog. A tent. Make it waterproof by spraying some Rain-X on it. A surf-board bag that straps to your bike or car. A crab net.
Do I only get one answer?

I could save a lot of money if you could make my daughters prom dress out of the straps–something kind of “strapy”?
